Warranty Policy - Zedsport Inc. stands by the warranty policies as described by the manufacturers and brands it works with.  Please see the individual manufactures for warranty policy appropriate to your product.

Returns Policy - In the event of either a warranty, damage replacement or product return situation the correct procedure is as follows:

 

Contact Zedsport Inc. either via e-mail or via telephone and clearly identify the issue. This will allow us to confirm that the issue is covered and to complete the next stages.

ZedSport Inc. will issue an RA# as a reference for the case going forward. Without an RA # the returned item can not be processed, this will cause a delay to any replacement or refund being completed.

The RA # must be included either on a note or a tag included with the returned item and clearly stating the damage or reason for return. An explanation of how damage happened may also be helpful.
